These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bhoomi Cabs' taxi booking services, whether booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made by phone call or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once acknowledged by our team.
• Please provide accurate pickup location, date, time, and contact details to avoid delays.
• Fares quoted are based on the route and vehicle type selected at the time of booking.

2. Fares & Payment

• One-way fares include toll and state tax unless stated otherwise; no return charges apply for one-way trips.
• Any additional stops, waiting time beyond what was agreed, or change of route may incur extra charges, communicated in advance where possible.
• Payment can be made directly to the driver or as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation charge if a vehicle has already been arranged.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may be charged to the passenger.
• Passengers must comply with reasonable safety instructions given by the driver.

5. Vehicle & Driver

We make every effort to provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle and a verified, experienced driver. In rare cases of vehicle breakdown or unavailability, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions for passenger safety, Bhoomi Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
